Helping Hands and Hearts (Under Construction, More to Be Added)
We pay breast cancer bills for our clients based on financial need. This is very specific and designated money for those in most need. This is based on NEEDS and NOT WANTS. It is based on proven treatments and procedures.
---A client must qualify and the money is paid directly to the provider. There are more details on the block grant application link. The form can be mailed to clients or they can fill it out on line. Just call: 1.218.525.1905 to have it send.
---It is a legal document, so you must take care of this matter, and we need your signature submitted with the a note to us. You need to send your bill and the Authorization Form filled out in your own handwriting to Circle of Hope.
We paid out $14,953.44 to breast cancer treatment bills/bills in from April 19, 2011-May 18, 2012. The money was paid to providers of services. (More is being processed at the moment.)
All Breast Cancer Clients:
-We also send prayer shawls, a book, and other misc. items to clients who have breast cancer. This can be any breast cancer survivor in northern Minnesota or northern Wisconsin.
-In 2011, we gave out 20 prayer shawls, books, prayer squares, and misc. items to breast cancer clients. We donated 30 chemo caps from our donors to hospitals/clinics with our prayer. We gave necessary items to breast cancer cleints in need.
-We gave items to a benefit for one patient, and to those organizations who fundraise for us.
-In 2012, we gave out 11 prayer shawl, book, and misc. items to breast cancer patients. We also have donated more than 31 chemo caps to other providers with our prayer and website. We also gave items to several fundraisers raising money for Circle of Hope, and a couple of patient fundraisers due to excessive medical expenses on their plate.
Together we are making a difference.
