The Annual Lake Superior Dragon Boat Festival is August 23rd, 2013 (The Awakening of The Dragon and Parade). The Races are on the 24th of August, 2013at Barkers Island in Superior, Wisconsin. Breast cancer patients who are affilated with our organization, who receive financial help from us, who attend our support groups will always have first priority. Friends, family, and supporters are welcome to apply but you may not be able to row. They may need to be alternates.
Dragon Boat Registration 2013 (We are not accepting appliations on this time. We have sent out applications after the 2012 races to team members who can register on the forms or online. For any other applications, you must go through the secretary Peggy Anderson. Breast Cancer clients and their families have first priority.)
-Please return this form by clicking the submit registration button. Add your credit card information under donations. The T-shirts are $15.00 and are due June 1, 2013, and T-shirt money can be submitted on the donation page.
-Those who cannot afford a T-shirt and are a breast cancer survivors, we will pay for your shirt.
-If others want to donate money pay for someone else's T-shirts it is tax deductible if nothing in return.
