The Annual Lake Superior Dragon Boat Festival is in August. (The Awakening of The Dragon is the and Parade is the day before). Every is required to do one practice and sign a waiver with the Lake Superior Dragon Boat races.This great event takes place at Barkers Island in Superior, Wisconsin. Those who can register are previous team members. They should do it right away to save your spot. They do not have to pay for their shirt at this time but please pay by July 1st. The cost has been changed to: $20.00.
Breast cancer patients who are affiliated with our organization, who receive financial help from us, will always have first priority. Friends, family, and supporters are welcome to apply. . We always need to alternates.
(We have a new category in 2015: Beginners and Government/Non-Profits. Due to federal law we cannot raise money for another for profit or non-profit. We still have many breast cancer, cancer survivors, supporters and those who have lost a spouse (relative or friend to breast cancer.)

Please return this form by clicking the submit registration button. Add your credit card information under donations. The T-shirts are $20.00 (different than other years) and are due by July 1, 2017 and can be submitted on the donation page.The donation page is Network for Good and is different than other years. Pay for it as if was a donation, and it will still go through to COH. (It is not tax deductible because you get something in return.) The payment totally guarantees your spot. This year we will have 25 on each team. Four on each team will be alternates.
Those who cannot afford a T-shirt and are a breast cancer survivors, Circle of Hope will pay for your shirt. Let Peggy know.
If others want to donate money pay for someone else's T-shirts it is tax deductible if you get nothing in return.
